Our Story
Built as a private residence, Casa Claudia was designed around light, air, and the ever-changing mountain views of the Bay of La Paz. Mornings begin on the roof. Evenings end there too. Somewhere between first light and sunset, the hours quietly slip away.
Arrival
You step in from the Baja sun. The front door opens to light, quiet, and generous space. High ceilings, clean lines, and soft daylight create an arrival that feels naturally unhurried.
Morning & Evening
The house holds four bedrooms — this one opens onto two private balconies. Step east at dawn to watch the sun lift over the desert; return west at day's end for the sky shown here, gold slipping behind the sierra. Every room has its own hour.
Afternoon
By midday, the courtyard becomes the centre of the house. The shade sail softens the Baja sun while the pool reflects light back into the surrounding rooms. It is a place to swim, read, linger over lunch, or simply do nothing at all.
Evening
As the sky deepens, string lights come on beneath the beams — two on the main floor, one on the second-floor entertaining terrace, and two more on the roof. Shaded outdoor rooms are stacked across three stories, each with its own view and its own hour of the day.
Nightfall
From the roof, the lights of La Paz appear in the distance across the bay. Between here and there — nothing but desert, mountains, and the slow arrival of stars.
